Unless otherwise stated, ezDev and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on ezDev. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from ezDev for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

- Republish core codebase templates or platform assets from ezDev without explicit permission.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license proprietary products developed by ezDev.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy proprietary materials from our agency platforms.
- Redistribute content from ezDev (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

When engaging with our services, you agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information necessary for the execution of the project. Any delays caused by the client in providing required assets, feedback, database credentials, or approvals may result in project timeline adjustments and additional sprint allocations.
5. Payment Terms & Milestones
Payment terms, schedules, and deliverables milestones will be detailed in the specific project proposal or master service contract provided to you.
We reserve the right to suspend development cycles, hold server deployments, or withhold code repository deliverables if invoice payments are not cleared according to the agreed-upon schedules.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ezDev, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our customized services.
ezDev, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website, application deployment, database downtime, or third-party API configurations.
7. Revisions & Support Windows
All development proposals specify a set number of revisions. Additional updates or feature scope adjustments requested beyond the agreed-upon scope will be billed at our standard hourly rates.
Ongoing maintenance and support after delivery are subject to separate service level agreements (SLAs) or billed on demand.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Trivandrum, Kerala for the resolution of any disputes.
